These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website khabberstad.com, operated by Kristian Habberstad Fine Arts, Norway. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products
We sell original works of art and fine art prints.
Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind artworks.
Fine art prints are reproductions produced in limited or open editions as stated on the product page.
Product images are representative. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen calibration.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in [NOK / EUR] and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order price before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
The full payment amount is charged at the time of order unless otherwise specified.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. A binding agreement is formed once your order has been processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order due to stock errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to selected countries as stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Norway or the EU/EEA, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have a 14 day right of withdrawal starting from the day the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days.
Return conditions:
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after the product is returned and inspected.
Custom made items and commissioned artworks are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
9. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery. Documentation may be required to process a claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, artwork, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Kristian Habberstad Fine Arts. No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or purchased products unless required by mandatory law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the Norwegian courts.
Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
